I really like this fic, as usual. After watching the latest episode, I kept trying to think of why Maggie would be the one representing the "dark side", as it were. I couldn't come up with anything, but you did and it makes perfect sense. And since they've shown that Eli's visions don't always come true, the writers still have an out and a way to get Eli and Maggie together down the road, four or five seasons from now because this show is not going to get canceled and eventually the will get together, damn it. And yes, I'm in total denial about the whole cancellation thing. Like they say, denial, it's not just a river in Egypt. LOL
